Set in exclusive Higgovale at the foot of Table Mountain , this light, contemporary apartment sleeps six across three bedrooms, each with its own king bed, and ensuite bathroom — easy and private for three couples, a family, or a group of friends.

Inside you've got a full kitchen for self-catering, a dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi, and a TV for slow evenings in.

Free, secure parking on the premises — a real rarity this close to the city — and self check-in via lockbox whenever you arrive.

Outside is the real treat: a wood-fired pool, heated the slow, old-fashioned way, for a warm swim under the mountain even on cooler Cape evenings. Beyond it, one of Cape Town's best positions — Lion's Head and Signal Hill trails on your doorstep, the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point promenade, Camps Bay and the city centre all a short drive away.

You'll have the entire apartment to yourselves, plus the wood-fired pool and free on-site parking.

You'll have the whole place to yourselves, with self check-in whenever you arrive. We're not on-site, but the team is a message away and we respond fast — usually within the hour. Whether you need a restaurant booking, directions to a trail, or something fixed, just reach out. We like to give guests their space and privacy, while being there the moment you need us.

Please be aware that we in order to properly secure our property we require all guests to: 1. Verify their identification. 2. Sign our standard rental agreement which includes our house rules. 3. Place a payment source on file for any additional charges or damages that may occur during their stay which are not covered by the platform.
