Battery crescent

The house

Welcome to Battery Crescent — a beautifully renovated four-bedroom home in the heart of Sea Point, one of Cape Town's most coveted Atlantic Seaboard neighbourhoods.

Spread across three generous levels, the home offers the kind of space and privacy that's hard to find in short-term rentals. Two large living areas provide plenty of room to gather or get away from each other, while the open-plan kitchen is perfect for cooking together with a glass of something local in hand. When the Cape Town evenings cool down, the wood-burning fireplace becomes the natural gathering point.

Step outside and the home really comes alive. A private pool, sun deck, and landscaped entertainment area with outdoor seating make this the ideal spot for long afternoons and sundowners. The patios are sun-drenched and designed for exactly the kind of lazy, unhurried days a holiday should be made of.

The practical details are covered too — 4.5 bathrooms mean no queuing, the lock-up garage with direct internal access keeps your car and belongings secure, and there's ample storage throughout.

Location-wise, you're walking distance from the famous Sea Point Promenade, a strip of ocean-side walkway that stretches from Mouille Point to Bantry Bay. The neighbourhood is packed with excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops.

The V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain cableway, and Camps Bay are all a short drive away. Whether you're here with family, a group of friends, or looking for a stylish base to explore Cape Town from, Battery Crescent delivers on every front.
